Shaun Stuhldryer
Insight Management Group.

Shaun is a construction manager, consultant and leader with over 25 years of construction management experience in Oregon, Washington and California. Shaun brings unique perspectives and hands-on learned lessons to his clients with his background as a builder, as a construction manager-general contractor (CMGC), and a design-build contractor (DB) as well as time spent in the US Marine Corps with global service including hurricane disaster relief in Central America.

Michael Houghten
Holman

Mike Houghten is a Project Manager for Holman and has over 20 years’ experience in the construction industry including industrial, residential, and commercial construction in Michigan, California, and Oregon. As a CCM, Mike strives to foster a strong collaboration between the Owner and the General Contractor on each project and has found success in this model. Mike has a B.S. in Construction Management from Ferris State University and an M.B.A. from Central Michigan University.

Seth Henderson
Level Development NW

Seth brings more than twenty-five years of project management experience from public agency, high tech, healthcare, and multifamily residential projects, with experience as a general contractor, construction manager, owner’s representative, operations manager, and developer.  Education includes a B.S. in civil engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, with the professional accreditations of Certified Construction Manager (CCM), Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED AP.

Arlie Arritola
TriMet Capital Projects

Arlie is a Sr. Project with TriMet , he has proven to enjoy working with designers, contractors and internal teams to manage projects to successful completion.  Other experience includes over 25 years of working on private sector and variety of public agencies projects in the Heavy Civil industry local and federally funded projects, other building projects included wood and steel structure, as well as current concrete project.  Education includes a Bachelor of Science Civil Engineering Degree from Portland State University.

Ryan Carney
City of Portland, Oregon

Ryan is a civil engineer with the City of Portland, Oregon. He has over a decade of experience leading planning, design, and construction management of water and wastewater infrastructure. Ryan has a M.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.

Tyler Butler

 

Tyler specializes in water and wastewater construction management and operations, bringing over 15 years of diverse experience to the field. His background includes roles as a contractor commissioning agent, remote water plant operator, and construction manager, providing a comprehensive understanding of both technical execution and operational efficiency. A proud graduate of The Ohio State University, he is dedicated to delivering projects that meet the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability.

Jason Kelly

 

Jason is a senior project manager at DOWL with over 20-years of experience after graduating from Oregon State University with degrees in Civil and Forest Engineering. In addition to managing civil infrastructure projects Jason is also the Construction-Related Services Practice Area Leader at DOWL. Jason also oversees three market sector groups including, Geosciences, Construction Engineering and Inspection, and Innovative Delivery and Strategic Initiative. Jason’s experience includes providing project management, and inspection for transportation and municipal infrastructure, port and marine and heavy civil projects, including roads, utilities, and structures.

Brian J. Gomolski
Stantec Consulting Ltd.

Brian is a construction manager with Stantec. He has over 32 years’ experience, primarily as an owner’s representative construction manager. Brian’s project experience includes work in wastewater and water treatment facilities, a wastewater conveyance tunnel, federal and military facilities, and environmental remediation. Brian is a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) and received his B.S. in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado.

Volunteering with the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) provides opportunities to support the advancement of professional standards and best practices within the construction management industry. By contributing time and expertise, volunteers help organize educational events, mentor emerging professionals, and promote collaboration across the industry. It's a rewarding way to give back to the profession while staying connected to the latest developments in construction management.
